A new drama series is hitting Showtime this fall. The 10-episode show, “Let The Right One In,” was inspired by the original best-selling Swedish novel and film of the same name.

Ian Foreman, who plays Isaiah Cole, co-stars alongside Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose (Disney’s “The Princess And The Frog), Madison Taylor Baez (“Selena: The Series”) and Oscar nominee Demián Bichir (“A Better Life). The series changes the narratives on how we see vampire’s. It centers around Mark (Birchir) and his daughter Eleanor (Beaz) as their lives take a turn when she is turned into a vampire.

By age 12, she is completely locked in, and it may stay that way forever. Eleanor lives a very introverted life, only allowed to go out at night, her dad does all he can to keep her fed since human blood is what keeps her alive. This can be quite a difficult task, especially since human blood isn’t a common household ingredient.

Foreman, 12, plays a young boy who risks his life (especially his neck) by befriending Eleanor. Even though they are living two different lives, the kids are able to bond over how they both are in an isolated situation. Eleanor is literally isolated from the outside world and Isaiah is being bullied.
