Benjamin Tyson lives in Oakland and goes to Laney Community College where he is studying Business Marketing . He is also studies and practices photography and is a fan of art. Some of his greatest influences are photographers Nana Kofi and Clarence Bull. Clarence Bull is a commercial photographer from the 1920’s who captured high contrast portraits that Benjamin has taken a liking to. Clarence Bull was also a huge influence in the photographer game in the 1920’s. Nana Kofi out of East Oakland is currently one of Benjamin’s influential icons. Nana has change Benjamin’s perspective on life and pushed him to embrace discomfort and grow as person.
