With everything going on in the world right now, it’s been hard to keep track of all the great new music coming out. Luckily, here are five new releases you might have missed … just kidding.  

Drake’s New Album “Honestly, Nevermind”

In a surprise late-night reveal, Drake announced the release of “Honestly, Nevermind,” his seventh studio album. As a follow-up to his 2021 album “Certified Lover Boy,” Drake pivoted away from the heavy R&B influence of his last project and took a more club and house music approach. 

New Beyonce Single “Break My Soul”

The queen announced her return with “Break My Soul,” which borrows the same synth sound from Robin S.'s house jam "Show Me Love." Beyoncé sends fans an uplifting message to work on themselves and to always strive for happiness/success. This marks the first single from Beyonce’s seventh studio album, “Renaissance,” out July 29. 

New Chlöe Single “Surprise”

Chlöe gave fans several quick teasers just days before her newly released single, “Surprise.” A classic sensual R&B track with a nice variety in the rhythmic cadence of the vocals. If you're into Scott Storch production, then this is the song for you. 

Westside Boogie’s New Album “More Black Superheroes”

After a nearly three-year break, Boogie returns with “More Black Superheroes.” Boogie explores the internal conflict many black men face with expressing their emotions and struggles without feeling weak. The project includes features from rap legends Snoop Dogg, Soulja Boy, Smino and more. 

Ambré's New Album “3000°”

The Louisiana native Ambré returns with her new album “3000°,” an homage to her hometown of New Orleans. Throughout the project Ambré dishes vocals that are incredibly smooth. “3000°,” is the singer's first body of work since her 2020 re-release of "Pulp (Director's Cut)."
