Melanie Martinez executed the earthy vibes in her visuals for “Faerie Soirée.” It’s a whimsical and playful take on her experience with psychedelics. The feeling of letting loose, giving in to the sensation is anticipated throughout the tune leading to a dramatic outro.
“Mercury”- Steve Lacy
Steve Lacy’s entire “Gemini Rights” album explains the range of traits the zodiac sign represents. Specifically on track three, “‘Mercury,” the Compton singer describes how a past relationship failed while acknowledging the “two-faced” assumptions made about Geminis. Believe what You want about Geminis, just know Lacy warned you!
