ChicagoChloe and Halle Bailey recently revealed their definition of beauty in an interview with Shondaland

During a conversation that touched on the sisters' accomplishments and skincare, they agreed that beauty is about acceptance of oneself.

“I would define beauty as me just feeling my best,” Halle said. “Whether I’m in my natural state or not. Just feeling good from the inside out. Every day, it’s a journey to feel truly beautiful. As I get older, I am learning to appreciate the small things — even the flaws. I understand that all of these things make me who I am. My definition of beauty is really just acceptance of yourself: good and bad.”

Chloe also opened up about how it feels to be the face of Neutrogena, noting she’s excited to be backed by the brand as Black sisters.

“When they first came to us about this, we were over the moon thinking about the iconic face-splash commercials and the opportunity to promote how beauty truly shines from the inside out,” Chloe. You can never be perfect, but it’s so important to take care of yourself, and all of Neutrogena’s morals align with ours. So, it’s been pretty cool to do and such a great fit.”
