Here are some tips on how to make the holidays a little more relaxing and give yourself some needed me-time.

Take a Warm Bath

Warm baths are always great for self-care, but they make especially good treats during the wintertime. What’s better than escaping the freezing cold outside to stay in and cozy up with a good book and a bath? 

Find a Comfort Place

Whether it be in your own home, someone else’s, or somewhere out in the world, it’s always nice to find a place to decompress by yourself. The holidays can seem crowded with family members and sometimes you need a break. 

Watch a Holiday Movie

Cozy up under a blanket, grab some popcorn, and watch a holiday movie! 

Make a Homemade Gift

Some of the most thoughtful gifts are homemade. And, good for us, they can be relaxing to make and get our minds off of stress! 

Relax with Some Good Old Hot Cocoa

This one’s a classic. And why shouldn’t it be? Absolutely nothing can beat the warm sugary taste of hot chocolate (bonus if you add mini marshmallows).
