You just turned 21 and now you have no idea what to do but alas the idea of drinking comes to mind. However, you can still have a little fun despite the small things.

Jazz Club

This is solely for introverts who prefer to avoid talking to people and are in a space where there are few people to be around. Jazz music will always be helpful in calming down your emotions. It’s a good date night to go by yourself or if you’d like someone that’s even better because I know half the people around the world have some sort of independence problem when it comes to going out and that’s even better for sharing memories with that person. Besides all of that, there’s no kids allowed in there so you don’t have to worry about drinking your wine and listening to the screeching sound of a child. “Black Cat” is one of the most popular jazz clubs in the Bay Area, the environment is modern yet classy.

Album Release Attendance

Honestly, I barely came to the knowledge that some celebrities make album release parties for, of course, the music album that they are releasing soon. Basically, it’s a special event to commemorate and acknowledge the launch of new music that the artist is coming out with. It serves as a platform for the musicians to promote their latest releases to their fans, supporters, industry, and the world.

Clubbing

You know clubbing isn’t as popular anymore, but that’s because there’s a cr*p thon of creeps roaming around, and well who would sacrifice their Saturday night for that? But, if we are talking about the vibes that clubs bring out of people, that’s different. If you grew up in the early 2000s you would know that almost every kid imagined going to the club growing up and dancing to the songs that were popular, which probably consisted of PitBull and Lady Gaga. Honestly, the only reason why this is on the list is because of that, wanting to check off things you wanted to as a child that were madly illegal but now you can. Also, this is for my extroverted people … you get to meet new people, which is probably right up your alley.

Casino

Ah yes, one of the most enriching things to do in American culture, wasting your hard-on money for filthy, capitalist, money-hungry companies, gotta love it. Just kidding (not really). Casinos are one of the finest activities you can do during your 20s but if you are planning to go to one of these gambling sorts, make sure to have a limit of money you can waste on the games you are going to play, for example, $40 would be some peoples limit, for others, it would be $200. It’s important to be financially stable in this economy. Also, make sure you don’t end up like Bruno Mars, if you don’t have talents, then you’re screwed, but hey being in your 20s is a celebration.

Themed Parties

The creativity within your inner child will probably love you for this idea, most kids grew up going to theme parties but then probably stopped going as a teenager because it was deemed as “uncool”, But now that you are an adult and hopefully make your own money you can do that. Honestly, if you are holding a theme party, take keys away from your childhood (from what you remember) and put them down for ideas when you turn 21. It’s original to have something that reminds you of childhood yet has a twist into adulthood.
