New Analysis Shows Black Land-Grant Universities Drastically Underfunded

Sixteen historically Black land-grant universities were found to have been underfunded by the government, with unequal funding that has surged to nearly $13 billion, according to a recent analysis. Advocates are urging governors to do something about it, and it’s even being addressed by President Biden.
