Hyphy Soul Radio: Episode 8

On this episode of Hyphy Soul Radio the show started off with a segment and hot tracks from DJ AirOut. Next, we had a newscast by Kiyona, Tania, and Stella about elementary school students doing a fundraiser trying to support the Alameda Bird Rescue, the San Jose Earthquakes getting a new stadium, air pollution in India, the death of Leonard Nimoy, the gold and white vs black and blue dress debate, and school riots in L.A. Kwesi and Zil created a PSA about Youth Radio and Lashay gave a review on Twitter. Youth Radio Raw is a weekly radio show produced by Bay Area youth ages 14-18. Students work in partnership with adult professionals to learn the basics of journalism, music production and multimedia.
