Holiday films on Netflix have returned with its latest Christmas musical “Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey” described as a vibrant musical that’s perfect for all ages.
The film follows Jeronicus Jangle (Forest Whitaker), a legendary toy maker whose inventions bring play and wonder to the vibrant town of Cobbleton.
Jangle’s trusted friend steals his most prized creation and he loses hope. That is until he gets a visit from his young granddaughter, Journey (Madalen Mills), a few decades later to construct a magical invention that could spark hope in the town.
Mills, who also appeared in “The Tiger Rising,” is joined by other Hollywood stars, including Phylicia Rashad, Keegan-Michael Key and Anika Noni Rose.
The soundtrack includes original songs from John Legend, Usher and Kiana Ledé.
The film is scheduled for release Nov. 13.
