On May 13th, Odunsi The Engine dropped a seven-track EP called “Everything You Heard Is True.” The high-energy EP is a mix of R&B, alternative and African music. The brand-new project features Amaarae, Deto Black, Gigi Atlantis and Maison2500.

Caleborate – Sparks in the Studio

Caleborate released a short five-track EP last week titled, “Sparks in the Studio.” In a video addressed to his fans on Twitter, Caleborate also announced that he has a full-length album on the way and this EP isn’t the “main entree.” The EP has features from K1D, Chandler Broom, Shane Eagle and Donte Thomas.

Future continues to unapologetically rap about his wealth, past traumas and toxic relationships on “High Off Life.” He makes it clear that he does what he wants and has no shame about it.

Deante Hitchcock – BETTER

After releasing multiple mixtapes and EP’s Deante Hitchcock has finally dropped his debut album “BETTER.” Hitchcock offers soulful and deep songs, such as “How TF” and “Shadowman’s Interlude,” but he isn’t afraid to get buck on tracks like “Gimme Yo Money.” The album includes impressive appearances from JID, 6lack, Miguel and Young Nudy and was produced entirely by Brandon Phillips Taylor.
