She has topics that you may be wondering if other people are thinking about, but you may be too scared to ask, but of course, she isn't.

Los Angeles, CAMs. Keke "Keep a Bag" Palmer has a new podcast that can be streamed on Amazon Music, and it is literally like being a fly on the wall to her innermost thoughts.

She starts the podcast, "Baby, this is Keke Palmer, " by saying, "Dear diary," and continues to dive deeply into the topic of the week. Her humor and wit bring the show alive and makes you want to keep listening! She is vulnerable and honest, but most importantly, openly curious, which I love. It truly feels like you are on Facetime with best friends. She has topics that you may be wondering if other people are thinking about, but you may be too scared to ask, but of course, she isn't.

Palmer has several guests on her podcasts ranging from her mom and best friends to celebrity favorites such as Blac Chyna, Kenan Thompson, Quinta Brunson, Jaleel White and more. She has open dialogues but allows her guests to be the experts on the show while providing a safe and judgment-free space.

The topics have a wide range of topics, from finding your identity and what that means, red flags, social media, healthy relationships etc. As her theme song says, "life, love, sex, science covering it all."

While being a child actor may seem like a dream, Kenan Thompson, who also had a hit show on Nickelodeon like Palmer, gave an inside look to his experience. They both explained the difficulties that can come from transitioning from a childhood actor to an actor in the industry.

She even went into the history of Onlyfans which originally started out as a platform for celebrities and artists to connect with their fans. Blac Chyna was featured on the episode and  explained how she got involved and became one of the highest-paid users on the platform. Another amazing guest was Jaleel White, who played Steve Urkle on “Family Matters,” expressed the importance of identity and growth and even shared some behind-the-scenes tea on the podcast.

She even includes doctors and sex and psychology experts adding an educational segment to the podcast.

Since listening, I have learned a few lessons and a new side of Keke. I enjoy watching her turn from one of my childhood favorites to one of my adult favorites. Definitely tune in every week and listen to "Baby, this is Keke Palmer" ad-free on Amazon Music.
