A little more than a year after 24-year-old geologist Daniel Robinson went missing in Buckeye, Arizona, there still hasn’t been any traces of his remains.
David Robinson, Daniel’s father, recently went to the Arizona State Capitol House and Senate lawn to keep his son’s case in the spotlight and to spread awareness for all missing persons who may not get the same media exposure as high-profile victims.
There has been a continuous pattern of young Black people going missing at an alarming rate.
According to statista.com, 177,530 Black people went missing in 2021, which was more than any other minority group.
Daniel’s case is just one of the many cases that ended with a family getting no closure.
